SmartEnds is hiring a 'Sales Executive' in Lahore

We are hiring a sales executive. The main goal of our ‘Sales Executive’ vacancy is to sell our product ‘BrighterBins’ worldwide and create our reseller network in 50 countries. The selected candidate will be working from our office based in Lahore, Pakistan. Our target market is Western Europe, North America and APAC therefore most part of the job will be initiating and maintaining sales in those regions.

What We Do

SmartEnds is focusing on the implementation part of the IoT business. The company has built the smallest, lowest-cost, and the most flexible garbage sensor, and combined this with an open platform. The End to End solution consists of wireless sensor device (hardware and firmware), Wireless Network infrastructure and SmartEnds Cloud Platform. Job Responsibilities

Meeting targets and keeping the sales team motivated, managing all sales efforts including:

  • Strategically launching new products or services into the market

  • Ensuring customer service standards are high and continually improving

  • B2B2B marketing of the BrighterBins garbage sensor on global level

  • Establishing a worldwide reseller network

  • Undertake sales targets set by the management

  • Create means to achieve the sales targets

  • Initiate leads through searching potential clients

  • Cold calling using directories/list of associations

  • Sourcing customers across different channels (smart cities, lora/sigfox eco systems, bin manufacturers, companies already doing business with cities etc.)

  • Create and manage our sales funnel, ensuring that all leads are followed up regularly

  • Bring new sales ideas to the table and pitch them to the management team

  • Nurture leads, whether they originate from your efforts, referrals, or marketing

  • Identify, chase and prioritize sales

  • Manage each stage of the sales cycle from first call to all the way of closing the deal

  • Identify specifications, build customer value proposition

  • Explore new business opportunities within the account

  • Managing customer accounts

Required Qualification

  • Bachelor of Marketing OR

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) OR

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) OR

  • Equivalent

Required Experience

  • 3 - 5 years of experience with the same category role

  • Sales experience in a multinational technology firm; dealing customers worldwide

  • Proven track record of successfully bringing in clients

  • Experience with lead generation and customer account management

Required Skills

  • Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Business fluent English speaking skills

  • Ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers

  • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor

  • Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories

  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

  • Ability to learn, analyze, understand and convey complex information

  • Highly self-driven and able to deliver lean solutions in a fast-paced agile environment

  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to details

  • Passionate and enthusiastic to make things happen
