1. What is the purpose of this policy?

Smart Ends BV is a private limited liability company incorporated under Belgian law, having its registered office at 9000 Ghent, Volmolenstraat 52, Belgium and is registered with the Crossroads Bank of Enterprises under the number BE 0673.512.273 (hereinafter “Smart Ends”, “we” or “us”).

This is the policy of Smart Ends with respect to the use of cookies on our SmartEnds.com platform (the platform through which a client of Smart Ends and/or you (as end user) can, create, share and read visual instructions, manuals and other content, hereinafter “Platform“) and our website (hereinafter the “Website”). This cookie policy serves to inform you of the cookies we use, so that you can easily manage your cookie-settings.

2. What are cookies and why are they used?

6. Applicable law and competence

This cookie policy shall be governed, interpreted, and implemented in accordance with Belgian laws.
The Ghent Courts (department Ghent) are exclusively competent to decide on any dispute that may arise from the interpretation or implementation of this cookie policy, without prejudice to the consumer’s right to present a dispute before a competent court on the basis of a mandatory statutory provision.
